  • Create quote requests for machinery and hydraulic products
  • Act as a bridge between manufacturers and customers
  • International logistics and delivery coordination
  • Customer support and consulting services
SWILINK website does NOT have a membership, registration or user account system. You can only use the contact form (name, email, phone) to get in touch with us.

3. Quote Requests

Quote requests you create through our website are non-binding. Upon your request, we obtain price quotes from our partner manufacturers and share them with you. If you approve the quote, the ordering process begins.

4. Orders

Once you approve a quote, your order is created. Your order becomes binding after it is confirmed by the manufacturer. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our customer service.

5. Payment Terms

The payment options we offer are:

  • Prepaid / Advance Payment: Advance payment by bank transfer/EFT
  • Deposit (50%) + Remaining on Delivery
  • Full Payment on Delivery

6. Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product, manufacturer's stock status and your delivery address. Estimated delivery time will be communicated to you after order confirmation.

7. Returns and Withdrawal Right

Except for custom manufactured products, commercial users do not have a right of withdrawal. For special circumstances, please contact our customer service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SWILINK shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website. The manufacturer is responsible for any issues arising from the products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (texts, images, logos, designs) is owned by SWILINK or its licensors. This content may not be copied, distributed or used without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes become effective on the date they are posted on our website.
